
Is your cat not eating? Has your cat lost weight?
Has his or her water intake increased?
Have you noticed increased urination, vomiting or lethargy in your cat?
If you’ve answered “yes" to one or more of these questions,
your cat may qualify for participation in this study.
All Cats Hospital is currently participating in a clinical study investigating a drug for controlling clinical signs associated with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) in cats. We are looking for potential candidates to enroll in this study.
Eligible cat candidates must meet at least the following criteria*:
- Body weight more than or equal to 4.4 pounds (2.0 kg)
- Minimum age of 9 months
- Stable Diet
- Stable Fluid Therapy, if necessary
- Have a diagnosis of CKD
*Additional enrollment criteria exist.
This is an 8-week study that requires 5 to 6 clinic visits. Included in this study are FREE study-related physical exams, blood testing, urinalyses and kidney function tests. Participating in the study is FREE and owners will be compensated if they complete the study.
