Kalen Faber, DVM
Dr. Kalen Faber graduated from North Carolina State University, College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2003. After moving to St. Petersburg, Florida, she was an associate veterinarian at Central Animal Hospital for 10 years.
For the past few years she has been working for other veterinarians when they cannot be in their offices, working in spay/neuter clinics, and running a house-call practice devoted to cats. She has always had a strong interest in feline medicine and constantly alludes to an accurate statement that she learned in vet school, “Cats are not small dogs.”
In March 2016, she purchased All Cats Hospital and has been caring exclusively for cats ever since.
She lives in Seminole with her husband, Peter, and their three cats; Zack, Mojo and Florence.
Her interests, other than animals, include sports and listening to music. She loves to watch the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Rays. She also enjoys scuba diving, bowling and golfing.
Her community contributions include membership in the Northeast Exchange Club (NEX), a service club whose national mission is the prevention of child abuse. She helps organize and staff Ribfest, the NEX fundraiser that has donated over 3.5 million to local children’s charities. She was a member of the 1,000 Bitches at SPCA Tampa Bay for 2 years. She also performed surgeries monthly at Spay Day, an all volunteer trap-neuter-release (TNR) project for feral cats in Tampa for 10 years.
Irene Lee, DVM
Dr. Lee has always been a cat lover since she was little, and she was always the kid who brought sick stray cats home. Over the years, the desire to be able to help the strays inspired her to pursue her goal of becoming a feline veterinarian! She graduated from Florida State University with a Biology degree, and then she graduated with Honors from the College of Veterinary Medicine at University of Florida in 2002.
While in veterinary school, Dr. Lee served as the President of the student chapter of the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP) and was an advocate for promoting feline education and hands-on experience for her fellow students. She worked closely with feline expert Dr. Levy and had published journals in the Journal of American Veterinary Medical Association. At graduation, Dr. Lee was recognized for her excellence in feline medicine and surgery by the AAFP.
Dr. Lee was an active volunteer for Operation Catnip, a local TNR (trap-neuter-return) program for feral cats while she was at school. After graduation, she continued to be a volunteer of TNR program at Coalition of Tampa for over 10 years.
Dr. Lee has worked at several feline hospitals in the Tampa Bay area since 2002. She is a member of AAFP and AVMA. She and her husband Jimmy have two kids, Gracie and Aaron. She has two cats named Minion and Wednesday, a dog named Happy Jack, and five snakes. She has written four novels, which she hopes to publish someday if they ever get out of the editing stage.
Ted, Veterinary Technician
Ted is a lover of all animals big and small with the largest spot in his heart belonging to cats.

Ted shares a loving home in Clearwater with his girlfriend, Crystina, spider Reina, and their two cats Loki and Kylo.
When he isn’t cleaning the kennel or filling food bowls in the back of All Cats he enjoys getting beaten at tabletop games by his girlfriend, getting into a new video game or anime, or trying to learn a song on some sort of instrument.
